Pallets

Invicta UK manufactures a wide range of custom designed wavesoldering pallets from high thermal stability, composite material.  Various material thickness options are available as are custom designed board fixtures.  Mechanical fixtures for location of sockets or other components can be incorporated together with masking areas for selective soldering.

A full in house design facility is available to enable repeat orders to be accurately and quickly manufactured.

Specifications

Invicta UK Manufactures Adjustable Carriers to suit most wavesoldering machines. Manufactured from aluminium, stainless steel and titanium, they are both light in weight yet extremely robust.  

The carriers can be configured for finger, chain or flat belt drive conveyor systems in any user-defined width.  Additional easily adjustable PCB rails can be added should narrow boards require processing, allowing greater through put. 

The unique floating design ensures that the carrier always remains flat and planar to the machine conveyor.
