SABRE.JPEG (260940 bytes)Each of the machines in the range of automatic screen cleaning equipment is self contained and purpose designed to efficiently wash and dry stencils, misprinted PCB’s, assembled boards, jigs and fixtures.

The screen wash systems have low running costs, and closed loop system design means no spent fluid discharge to main drainage system. The design means that stencils are loaded at a comfortable height without health and safety risks.  Further handling is unnecessary during the fully automatic wash / dry cycle.

The wash units are fully enclosed and the fluid passes through a self-cleaning closed loop system so no drain is required. The range is manufactured from heavy-duty powder coated steel and requires little maintenance during use.

Sabre Ultrasonic Option

The Sabre 660 and Sabre 757 now comes with the option of ultrasonics.  This enhances the quality of cleaning on mis-printed boards as seen on pictures below:

Normal cleaning will typically give this:

Normal cleaning plus ultrasonics will give this:

Clean stencils are paramount for efficient paste printing; blocked stencil apertures mean printing defects, but manual cleaning can equally result in damage to expensive high precision stencils. This comprehensive range of highly effective stencil cleaners overcomes the problems associated with efficient stencil cleaning for maximum production efficiency and no stencil damage.

The range of equipment covers two heavy duty, fully automatic stencil cleaner machines, both machines operate in the same way using a reciprocating head carrying the submerged wash heads, drying jets and fluid return jets.  This ensures that stencil surfaces and apertures are left free from solder paste residues and adhesives, leaving the surface dry.

    Advantages of Sabre :

Chemistry can be chosen to suit the process and the particular preferences.

Machine can be used at full efficiency immediately after turn on. No high wattage heaters are necessary.

One machine and one chemistry can be used for both adhesive and solder paste.

Simple programmed operating cycles.

Fully enclosed – environmentally friendly.

Variable speed wash / dry head.

SELF CLEANING – low maintenance.
