Sirocco R1  - Reflow System

Economical, in-line reflow oven using C3, full convection, laminar heat transfer technology.  Ideal for medium to high volume production, Sirocco ovens offer minimal variation in temperature across the conveyor.

Computer controlled they are not susceptible to shadowing or component 'frying' and are relatively unaffected by thermal loading.  With pin chain and/or mesh belt conveyor and optional nitrogen inerting, the Sirocco gives high throughput from a small footprint.

For even higher volume production the Sirocco R2 uses exactly the same technology but in a longer configuration, enabling faster conveyor speeds and greater throughput.
